Amazon S3 (Simple Storage Service) is an online unlimited storage web service offered by Amazon Web Services. Being inexpensive and reliable online storage, Amazon S3 provides a simple web services interface that can be used to store and retrieve any amount of data, at any time, from anywhere on the web. More info. To backup and synchronize your files to Amazon S3, enter your credentials with Amazon S3 in the dialog box when choosing sources and destinations to sync and backup. There are no charges for using VBM to get connected to Amazon S3 service. You pay only for the service itself.

WebDAV (Web-based Distributed Authoring and Versioning)

Visual Backup Manager also supports backup and synchronization to WebDAV. WebDAV is a set of extensions to the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) which allows users to collaboratively edit and manage files on remote World Wide Web servers.
To access WebDAV servers via Visual Backup Manager enter server URL, username and password in the dialog box when choosing sources and destinations to sync and backup.

 FTP is a network protocol used to transfer data from one computer to another through a network, such as the Internet. With Visual Backup Manager you can manage any type of data stored at any FTP server.
